No, it is not. Mobile phone operators register the bid as soon as it has been sent.
What kind of expenses there are for me when I bid for an item?
The registered users are allowed to leave one bid FREE OF CHARGE each day from their bidding account. If you want make more bids, you need to make the bidding via SMS or you can buy a “bidding package” through your bidding account. Extra bids’ handling fee varies 0-0 , depending on the bidding method (SMS or bidding account). If your bid is the highest when the auction is closed, you commit in purchasing the item with that price. Shipping fee will be charged from the highest bidder as well.
When is it possible to bid on the auctioned items?
It is possible to bid on the products at any time, even when the item is not active. Is the item is not active when you place your bid, the bidding time will not change, but the last bidder will. When the item is active again, the bidding time starts and the person with the highest bid is in turn. The auctioned items are open for bidding for a specified time. Time is shown next to the item info.
Is it possible to cancel the bid I send through my bidding account?

You cannot cash in the bids from your bidding account. Bids are only ment to be used at Bidoloo.com.
How accurate is the bidding time shown at Bidoloo.com?
The stopwatch shown at Bidoloo.com is very accurate. The time shown at Bidoloo.com is the server’s time, so it might vary from your computers own clock.
I recommended Bidoloo.com for my friend but I still have not received the free bids for my bidding account.
The free bids will appear on your bidding account after your friend has created his own user id at Bidoloo.com using the same e-mail address where the invitation was sent to. If your friend uses another e-mail account to register, the free bids will not be given to you. It is also necessary for your friend to give his mobile phone number during the registration for you to get free bids.
Is it possible to bid on the same item more than once?

Why do I get the message “Checking bids” but still the time starts counting again at some point, or the message says “Item sold” instead of “Checking bids” message?
It is possible that your internet connection has failed or slowed down temporarily just when the bidding time is finished, so your browser has not received the current information from our server. It is recommended that you should refresh your browser every now and then. The easiest way to refresh your browser is to press CTRL+F5.
I placed the highest bid, what will happen next?
You will be contacted via email within one week after the auction is closed. The email will contain the information about the purchasing. After the winner has done all the required steps for purchase, we will inform our storage facilities to deliver the item. We aim at delivering all the items within 7-14 days after receiving the payment. However, some items’ delivery time could be up to 50 days.
The email sent to the winner contains the information how to donate the payment straight to the charity. The target of donation can be chosen freely, as long as it is officially recognized as a charity organization. After making the payment the winner has to inform the total sum of the payment made and target of the donation to our customer service. After receiving the information Bidoloo.com will deliver the item. Bidoloo.com will reserve a right to confirm the payment has been made. If the payment made is smaller than the highest bid made for the item, or the payment has not been made at all, the winner’s right to purchase the item will be cancelled and the property rights will be preserved for Bidoloo.com. In this case the winner needs to return the item unopened at his own cost or Bidoloo.com has a right to charge the product price (the value of the item informed at our website).
Why is it important to refresh my browser?
Bidoloo.com can add new items at any time. The new products will not show unless the webpage is refreshed. The refreshing is also important in order to ensure that the bidding times shown would be accurate. The accurate time is always shown according to servers time. The forced refreshing can be done by pressing CTRL+F5.
Why is the item closed although I made the bid at the last second?
It is not recommended to leave the bidding to the last second, because your internet connection, computer, web browser or some other technical difficulty may delay the bids registration into to the server for few seconds. If the bid is not registered in our server before the item’s bidding time is zero, the item will be closed.
Why the bidding packages are not shown immediately on my bidding account although the payment has already been made?
The bidding package should appear to your bidding account as soon as you have finished the payment following the instructions. Whether you exit the site during the financial transaction, or do not return to Bidoloo.com as instructed, the payment may be charged from your account but may not be recorded at our end therefore you may not receive your bidding package. Should this happen, please contact our customer service.
